I don’t give clues early as teams have more chance to find the answers (and then can get clues for those they’re actually stuck on, and they often alter the ones they want clues on - see above).

Also I set a time for 2pm so it gives me time to find appropriate clues for when I’m available, and not everyone asking last thing at night. Asking later in the day is fine too, just means you’ll have to wait longer
