demands agents leave the city after ‘causing chaos’] On all USA News now [A woman has been shot dead by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent in the city of Minneapolis today. The US Department of Homeland Security said the person shot dead had "weaponised" their vehicle, according to DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin. "An ICE officer, fearing for his life, the lives of his fellow law enforcement and the safety of the public, fired defensive shots," McLaughlin wrote in a post on X. The shooting came during a large-scale immigration surge, a city spokesperson said, in the latest violent incident during President Donald Trump's crackdown on migrants. Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey confirmed the shooting in a post on X, criticising the Trump administration for heightening tensions around immigration enforcement. We had something similar happen here,
Luckily no one died. But basically there was a woman (I believe) who tried to ram the ice officers with her car and then shot at her

The video of the incident very clearly shows that no ramming, attempted or otherwise, occurred so a title change is needed I think

Brother in Christ, how someone can watch that video and not call it what it is: murder, is worrying.
1. Deadly force may not be used solely to prevent the escape of a fleeing suspect. 2. Firearms may not be discharged solely to disable moving vehicles. Specifically, firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless: (1) a person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle; or (2) the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury to the officer or others, and no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle. Firearms may not be discharged from a moving vehicle except in exigent circumstances. He shot her while he was at the side of her car. I’ve gone frame by frame and cannot see a moment his foot is driven over. He steps back and shoots her. I think you need to watch the video again.
