I didn't see anything with the foot, but she was driving into another officer that was standing in front of her. "Oh, he needed to have moved" sounds nice, but that's not how traffic stops typically work in the US. If it were at an intersection for example and there was a hazard, it's normal for an officer to be in the front to try to get attention and some have been run over from suspects trying to leave the scene. She may or may not have been paying any attention to the guy in front of her hood, but she gambled with driving towards them and this was the result.

This was also a 1-way street, and initially she was starting to look to turn to go the wrong direction (dangerous af) and so I think that was the actual reason they got out to get her to get out. Who knows what she was actually attempting to do with her vehicle because it looked to me she was free and clear to go down the road the proper way. She created enough risk that that is enough for most agencies to justify, imo. When she was getting into the road to possibly go the wrong direction, she got pretty close to hitting another vehicle that was trying to squeeze through to get down the street...

You can see from this angle that the officer's foot wasn't even run over and he was actually leaning into the vehicle and wasn't being driven at like others claim. Also no limping exists in this footage either.

It's evident this woman was ****ing scared and trying to leave after being surrounded by a bunch of armed men.

I think it's more if his foot were caught under the tire (pain), they all knew at that moment anyone else in the vicinity of the vehicle were at risk and so made a call. These are split second decisions.

Edit: Worth nothing also nobody had X-ray vision in that moment checking for what and if any bones were broken. So that's not even relevant.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem described Good's actions on Wednesday as 'an act of domestic terrorism' and defended her officer's actions.

'An officer of ours acted quickly and defensively, shot to protect himself and the people around him,' she said.

She later confirmed ICE operations are still underway in Minnesota in spite of the controversy.

Vice President JD Vance said agents were going to 'work even harder' after the woman was shot.

'I want every ICE officer to know that their president, vice president, and the entire administration stands behind them,' he said.
