Cities have always had tensions between different groups. That’s not some new integration has failed thing, that’s just what happens when loads of people live close together and councils handle it badly.
Saying it’s the kids of migrants causing all this ignores the obvious stuff; poverty, crap housing, bad schools, no opportunities. You see the same anger and antisocial behaviour in white British areas too.
Most migrants are here to work and get on with life. If some people are vulnerable to grooming or extreme views, that’s about lack of support and feeling shut out, not their background. Shutting the door doesn’t fix any of that.
At this point your racist bias is doing all the legwork. You’ve decided the conclusion first and you’re just fitting everything around it.
