No, it’s saying people can be belligerent, full stop. English, immigrant, whatever. The difference is you’re trying to make it about who they are, I’m talking about the conditions around them.

Groups of English lads cause trouble all the time and no one blames English culture for it. But when it’s migrants, suddenly it’s their identity that’s the issue. That’s the bias part. Same behaviour, totally different story attached to it.
