Still not 100% sure on what I’m doing yet but lamb probably will be involved at some point, even if it ends up being on Easter-Monday now. I don’t know.

I might have lamb tomorrow but will need to go to the supermarket this evening and see if they have anything left. Got caught out last year thinking I'd buy everything on Easter Sunday itself and then all the supermarkets were closed |

Lamp-rump roast with Morello-Cherry, anyone? (Waitrose has it for £13.90, last-I-checked.)
It’s just a shame (for me) that the cherry-glaze comes mixed with Balsamic vinegar. The only time I have anything to do with vinegar is in cleaning. I’ve never been a fan of the taste or vinegar as a condiment.
