I buy a turkey at Christmas and stick it in the freezer we will be having that if I remember to defrost it

I might have lamb tomorrow but will need to go to the supermarket this evening and see if they have anything left. Got caught out last year thinking I'd buy everything on Easter Sunday itself and then all the supermarkets were closed
