Young girls need to be encouraged to have more self-confidence and more self-belief.
They don't need to conform to all that nonsense - and that is why I get so annoyed at successful women like posh or cheryl cole who should know better. They are role models and let the vulnerable young girls in our society down.
Women should want to please themselves - not men or anyone else - just themselves.
After all - self-confidence is much more attractive than skinny bones.
You can't beat self-confidence - it is the only thing that will bring someone success and happiness - and is extremely sexy.
