I'd say Barack Obama. I don't get why 9/11 attacks have impacted the world that much.

Well the world has gone security mad since then, it has set bench marks for other terror attacks that terrorists have tried to replicate (London, Madrid etc) and it was one of the triggers for the War on Iraq/Afghanistan

Well, people in my country didn't care because Serbia was being bombarded by NATO (USA) in 1999 (only 2 years before 9/11 attacks).

To be honest I find the fact that people can vote for anything but the 9/11 attacks to be absoloutely mind boggling.
