What I'm trying to tell you is that, you don't just decide not to be fat anylonger, it doesn't work like that, you're stuck in the middle of something you don't control anymore. I'm only about people who have food addiction related to personal issues, not people who just eat for the sake of eating.
See, I still played rugby while I was obese but it didn't help much.

But if you don't realise that you're fat, when you do realise it and thats when you start the diet, then thats you doing something about it because you no longer want to be fat. You can decide, you can just put a stop to it and go on a diet. It might not be that simple for some people I understand but if you want it that badly you
will do it.
