Gary Glitter preyed on girls as young as 11 for a start and he did this numerous times as he was paedophile, he specifically seeked out children. Sisqo met a 14 year old in a night club (where 14 year olds are not supposed to be) who probably was wearing make-up and clothes to make her look older (she obviously also fooled the bouncers into thinking she was older). Big Difference.
