I agree there is a huge difference. I don't think Sisqo is a peado at all. However, in a court of law (at least here in Sweden) what a girl is wearing or whether she should have been in the club or not, cannot be used as an argument. I assume it works the same in Switzerland. If you claim the girl should have highlighted the fact that she was too young, you put the blame on the child. It doesn't work like that. It is up to the guy. If he's uncertain he better put his member back into his pants.
