Mazedsalv has made a perfectly good point. If the non-Vinnie votes are too thinly spread, Vinnie could still win.
But concentrating the non-Vinnie votes on one HM, it makes it far more likely that Vinnie will not win. Dane has been 2nd favourite for a while, and now favourite. So surely it would make sense to concentrate the vote on him? A lot of betting money is going on Dane and you can be sure that those who have bet on him will be voting for him. (But I speak here as someone who doesn't actually now care who wins, so long as it isn't Vinnie!  )
