And Basshunter is more well known than Ulrika, Chantelle, Shilpa.
I cant remember the winners before that.

It does depend on what age group you ask though.
I suppose you would of knowen Ulrika of Gladiators and stuff, but I was a baby when she presented that.
Im quite sure no one outside India knew who Shilpa was.
Chantelle speaks for herself.

So Jonas is more well knowen and hes only became popular in 2008.
He is knowen right across Europe.

Ulrika was banging Sven and she was also on Shooting Stars for years. And Mark Owen? Who is more well known, a Take That member or Basshunter?

Anyone over 16 knew who Ulrika was. She was easily the biggest name in there last year, hence they blew most of the budget on her! Jack Dee is a very popular comedian and Mark Owen was a fairly big name when he entered too- not long after Take That and during his short lived solo career. And Bez is a legend ..... if Basshunter won he would have had nothing on those 4.
