Because its a big show, and a big episode.

The Threads are on diffrent EE Topics anyway, and its A UK TV Forum, Eastenders is one of the biggest UK Television Shows, so why not discuss it?

Like Harry said, its doing no harm and they are all in the Telly Section, would be diffrent if some plonkers posted the threads in a CBB Or BB10 Section but its all in the right place.

Tbf there will be lots of threads here also when Coronation Street celebrates it's 50th anniversary so I see know harm about the EE threads although do understand some find them annooying.

Remind me to go to sleep for a week when that horrible show decides to do a stupid anniversary episode.

What can they do?
They've done a live show, their storylines are dull now.. not much they can do now is there?

They can do lots, what new can EastEnders do? A whodunnit is hardly groundbreaking telly, 4 years ago there was "Who Killed Tom King?" in Emmerdale, before that was "Who Shot Phil Mitchell?" and before that was the big daddy "Who Shot JR?" so...EE isnt really doing anything that new for it's anniversary heck, the live episode thing was done by Corrie 10 years ago xD

That said, it is EE's 25th anniversary episode tonight, so fair enough with the threads

It's soaps. We will always have whodunnits. This one has obviously worked remarkably well judging by the massive amount of attention it's received. With the nature of the type of shows these are, most big storylines will involve recycling of cliches. Weddings, divorces, murders, the lot.

Indeed, its all been done now really none of the soaps are really doing anything new, even Hollyoaks recycle ideas
