lol

Who doesn't have a fear of monsters?

Lets not start bringing cougars into it. Unless you mean ladies of the older persuasion hunting down young boys.

Nah Stu, you're talking about the fear reflex there. We laugh at people falling because at first it gives us a shock and we're in fear of them injuring themselves but then when we see that they're ok we laugh at the whole experience out of relief. It's the bodies natural reaction.

But taking pleasure in actual real suffering is a totally different thing.

Couldn't have put that any ****ing better. How I wish I could have seen the edited bits, though

Exactly, and thanks

Again, someone else who is completely missing the point of the thread and is choosing to ignore posts. This isn't about dirty jokes. Hell, we even got our thread, and it wasn't closed. I'm over it. This is a seperate matter. Good lord.
I said James always thinks his right and if he isn't, the thread gets locked/post gets removed. This was regarded as an insult and was worth three infraction points.

And proving my point better than I ever could myself, of course.

No doubt. Obviously you can draw all sorts of lines in all sorts of places. I'm not trying to put murderers on the same wavelenght as people who actually find You've Been Framed funny.

Although in retrospect, maybe we should .

Jack I understand where your coming from now, you know why infractions were given and threads were close which is cool. Last night was a good example of the forum being too strict though which I never really saw. Chat and games posts dont add to your count as apparently there is too much spamming, and although post counts dont matter its just a silly thing to do (spamming in other places now, its just a bit of fun keeping track of post counts?). He then allowed it again, then stopped it after a troll came on and Mark banned Jaye for no reason but he was being patronising to her. Then for making silly threads being wound up me and Jess got 5 infraction points which is a crazy amount (mine were removed though as it was a first time offence).

So the forum can be very lenient at times but also very strict when it wants to be, I conclude it has a menstrual cycle.

What the hell are infraction points? And are referrals on your statistics the same as warnings?

Terribly naughty. I myself of course have never received any so was unsure what you were referring to.

Perhaps the upside of this ranging thread will be that people will be a little nicer to each other and will avoid hurling insults right, left and centre - like the Hulk would do if he were real..

Mark's just explained why in The Cabin and it seems pretty fair, and theyre working on ways to get it so posts count only if its a sentece + long and not just like 'lol ', then itll be back on in Chat and Games, I agree with it tbh.

am appalled at how strict tibb has got, i have made a few threads which i think are good debates

should thailand be blown up (prostitution)
should that whale be eaten (animal rights)
children and there rights (peodophila)

also i have 2 infractions for "disguting" and rasicm?

TiBB is not strict. Admins and mods are incredibly lenient.

That just made me think. On DS you cannot post unless you type in a minimum amount of characters. So you cannot type things like "lol" only, although I think most of us are guilty of that once in a while.
