I think once you're ready to a) stop going out every week, b) you're financially stable and c) you're in a decentish relationship that could be sustained even if you split then you're ready. I think anything over 23ish is kind of respectful, theres a bit of a stigma attached to being a parent if you're in your late teens or early 20s. That said I'm nearly 21 and not bothered anymore, if it happens it happens. Had a scare the other week- luckily it never amounted to anything but it was a wake up call and a good reality check.

Its completely up to the couple I guess and where you're at in life.
