I'd imagine Sharon gets the final decision as executive producer, officially but herself and Phil were decisionmakers last year. Phil takes almost the same role every year, he's a huge part of it.

It wasn't Sharon. Not sure who it was then. Aww I thought Phil kind of liked me when him and the girl interviewed me. Sort of.. I think he was probs a bit bored/tired after all the people they had interviewed. Well I bloody hope Phil and Sharon.. if she is back.. eeek... pick better housemates than last year's crop!

Phil is a lovely man. I've met him several times and he's the type, if you were a HM, you would trust 110% completely with your life for the next 3months.

Sharon, personally rubbed me up the wrong way. There wasn't anything I liked about her, she's the type to hold grudges, I can totally imagine her being the reason I wasn't part of last year's cast.

I have confidence in Phil, he knows how to pick em'. If you look at the pivotal series in the shows history, he's been instrumental in the picking of some our most amazing HM's.

Jade, Nadia, Victor, Makosi and many more. I just wish he took the helm (executive producer spot) again.
