Being articulate, rational and feared are some great qualities.

She basically had everybody under her thumb eventually and it was done in style.

Others in history have gone crying to diary rooms or set up groups - Aisleyne just took them all on individually.

She did give it to Grace but Grace kept on rushing away from her. When she even questioned Grace on at least 3 occasions from what I remember, Grace just walked off or ignored her.

She was only really in there for a while so running away helped Grace's cause. Grace shouldn't have had a chance back in there anyway - the evil Ferengi!
