No not all language is free speech I`m afraid some hate speech can be considered illegal but it depends on how it was said and the motive behind it and what was said

The bible talks about the city of sodom a place where the bible says men were lusting after each other and hence where the name sodmomy came from to descride anal or oral sex both between gay men and straight coulples etc

However The bible isn`t very detailed on the matter of homosexuality some people have just used that part about the city of sodmon to descride their discust of gay men

However all forms of lust are classed as a sin in christianity even men lusting after other women is too

So the bible isn`t actually saying God hates gays or that gays are evil but its how people have interpreited it over decades especially protestant christians like Dave

Its about interpretation, the law is about interpretation. If i say in a shouting manner that i hate such n such, but afterwards saying i don't mean it in a nasty way, it will be defined as incitement.

The law makers decide the definition of it, thus, they can arrest who they like, they can effectively ban speech they don't feel benefits them.
