What his daughter makes of it we do not know. But she may be used to his "humour".

Could you find and post any sort of evidence for your post about fathers and fingers? I think you are full of sh 1 t and talking crap in another attempt to villify Dave.

There was a practice of people confirming the marriage was consumated so they would listen in or spy on the newly weds, there is/was a practice where the bridle sheets would be publicly displayed to show the blood.

This is all very well but going way off topic.
The point is that Dave villifies himself, this 'joke' is just the latest in a long list of unsavoury behaviour he has embarked on (allbeit subjective) Dave doesn't seem to worry very much about the 'fall out' of his words or actions .. he hasn't seen fit to respect himself, friends or Family by keeping 'jokes' such as this latest one, to himself... why should he, he isn't the one having to deal with the flak! .. Some 'Friend'!
