From an artist's POV it's marvellous. The attention to detail is fascinating and conceptually it's exciting.
It IS art, no matter how you sugar coat it, it's art. Damien Hurst sliced a cow and it's calf in half, pickled it and made millions of £ and won The Turner Prize, basically like the Oscar's of the art community.
The way art has moved on now, it's more and more becoming solely based on conceptual art and the issues/meanings behind pieces rather than things 'looking good'.
I say good on her, I think it's clever on her part knowing that the main thing people pick up on with her other than her music is her fashion sense and as she said "it's got people talking".
Anyway, I'm against vegetarianism so the fact they're complaining doesn't bother me as it seems they always feel the need to showcase their opinions to no avail.
