It is REALLY funny but Graham Norton show has a reputation for havin fake pranks and stuff where the people are actors etc.
Why would a toilet have a two way mirror? Its probably a set.

It looks like a set so it probably is set up, but I have no doubts that the reactions are genuine. If its fake they've probably just been asked to go in the toilet for x reason

I can't believe I did a typo on toilet no point in fixing it after being quoted so much
