Not really. A joke is a joke. A joke. It's that simple, really. If anyone takes a joke seriously [whether it's a knock knock joke or a Fritzl joke] then there's a problem. Because a joke is not meant to be serious, and I seriously cannot stand this assumption that because I laugh or poke fun at something that is 'serious', I am condemning the act that I'm laughing at.
