Its not the same. "Eviction" is generally used to describe someone who has been evicted from a property.

You wouldnt say "my friend got evicted from the club" if one of your mates got chucked out of a club would you?

Or

My friend was evicted from asda for stealing a tub of i cant believe its not butter

Its not the same

Its all about using it in the right context and for both examples above you would say "ejected" not evicted
