Yeah, she helped try and cover up his crime I think, so she served some time in jail as well and the she was given a new identity when she was released (at the tax payers expense )

How has Huntley actually managed to meet someone if he's been banged up? I guess he must have known her before or something like that :/

I thought she was found out innocent But then I don't know what even happened to her.

I think she was found innocent of assisting him, because she genuinely thought he was innocent, but she did give a false alibi and stuff so she served about 2 years or something like that. She's married again now I think :/

Well it was her that covered up for Huntley knowing what he had done, providing him with an alibi, thereby perverting the course of justice and distracting police attention away from him. And instead of being punished, she was rewarded with a new identity.
