I'm just worried that I'm going to put all of the weight that I have lost, back on. I drink lots of water so it isn't thirst (I know that it often gets confused with hunger), but I just constantly feel the need to eat, and when I do, I never feel completely full. It's quite scary to be honest, I can eat a roast with the family, and afterwards I'm still feeling hungry. I don't know whether anyone else has the problem or whether it is just me. A part of me thinks it is probably boredom, as when it's a busy day at work and I'm running around all over the place, I don't feel hungry, but I'm worried about the fact that I still feel hungry after I've eaten a meal and I'm sure that shouldn't happen. Is this a known problem or not?

Do you eat quickly? as if you do,the brain does not register that you are full
you need to chew food until it is almost liquid and take lots of time.
