The boot is rather on the other foot - as is evidenced once again so clearly by the blue 'importing' from another place - it is once again very clearly Mario (and his more obsessive fans) who is (are) SO fixated on this, to the point of now being deranged - Ben never mentions or thinks of Mario and has been heard more than once to utter the throwaway line 'everyone can't like everyone' before he gets on with his life - which is too busy to contain any kind of fixation on the past - and a past which is less happy than the present anyway - move on chaps - Ben has!
