There is no misinterpretation however to her thinking her style of music (rapping), is new - if that's what she has to offer (and it's most of what we've seen so far), someone needs to give her a reality check and let her know all she is doing is copying a sytle of music that is already in existence.

Thankfully, there have been a very limited amount of contestants (apart from Katie, from this year) - who have had so little talent, such bad attitude and as arrogant as Cher.

Well, there's no way of proving it one way or another I suppose, so there's no point arguing about it.

I admit that what she's doing isn't new to English music as she said it was although I do think it's new to the X Factor. As far as I can remember there hasn't been any act on there before who can combine rapping and singing, other than maybe Miss Frank.

I'd say there's been a few with an (alleged) bad attitude; Nicolo, Aidan, Matt, even One Direction have come across as quite arrogant to me. Katie wasnt arrogant at all.
