People try to use autotune as an excuse for any time her vocals sound decent which is not at all the case. Just look at this video of her recording Womanizer. It hardly sounds different from the actual recording just without backing vocals and less polished. It's not like she's singing out of tune and they need to fix it...
And the lines of HIAM are HARDLY spoken, what a lame thing to say. Obviously if you actually listened to the song you would realize that she's singing. Just because she's not belting it out doesn't mean she's not singing :/
2. Avril hasn't had a hit in 3 years because she hasn't released music in 3 years. This is supposed to be her comeback.
3. LOL, I'm talking about Christina's success as an artist and singer. Cool, she put out a good movie! But her album and singles FLOPPED miserably. She spent years working on a comeback and it sucked, face the facts. She's lost all relevance in today's music scene. She TRIED to rack up a generic dance song with 'Not Myself Tonight' and look like a desperate ***** trying to look like Gaga in her video, but of course, she flopped.

Did Avril not release Alice just last year?
I don't see how it's a 'lame' thing to say, the verses are more or less spoken [hey over there, ect.], i mean really you couldn't call that singing, anyone could do it. The only other vocals apart from the robotic chorus are on the bridge which is just one spoken line and a flop attempt at 'dubstep' [gotta love the stans trying to make out she's some revolutionary dubstep artist now].
also, the Telephone demo is Britney with A WHOLEEEEE LOT of autotune. just because Womanizer, 3, HIAM et al. don't sound that that doesn't mean they aren't generously making use of the autotune tool.
