So basically it's just a single conspiracy theory about a power elite who are responsible for all the ills of the world - this is kind of straying into Dan Brown territory along the lines of the brotherhood, freemasons etc, and no I don't think there's any such super-powerful "puppet masters" that can orchestrate all the mishaps in the world - **** just happens.
