If the UK wasn't part of the EU doesn't that mean other EU residents couldn't live there freely? Yeah that messes with my life plans

I personally think The Republic of Ireland should be part of the UK anyway. They need to change that law first and then scrap being part of the EU.

Germany is not too close to the UK though. France is even closer. I just think the Republic of Ireland is close to the UK. I don't get why it's an island on it's own.

I think England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland AND The Republic of Ireland should reunite as one. And accept each others cultures and differences.

I just looked and people are still referring to the past again. I don't want England to rule anything. I want England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland to be equals and reunite together as the United Kingdom.

Well, by your logic England is closer to France than it is to Ireland so why don't you all become French?

France is a bigger country. And I don't get why Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are both opposite of each other. It is still Ireland. I don't get why we can't all join together right now. I don't get why people should just forget the past and have a clean slate :S

Okay. Well I feel sorry for what happened to the Republic of Ireland many years ago. But why keep holding grudges? If David Cameron put his foot down some good changes could be made :S

lmao, who said anything about holding grudges? How is not wanting to be be part of the UK holding a grudge? I'm guessing pretty much every nationality would object to someone saying they should be part of a different country.
