Yeah. I mean I talk about people behind their back. Not friends though.. I usually have a laugh with someone about managers at work.. which ones we like.. which ones we are unsure of. With friends I don't bitch about them. Or at the very most.. if I had a problem with a friend then I would ask someone for advice then go back to that friend.

Don't see a point in backstabbing someone your always nice to. It's like living a lie.

Suppose in school we were all confused. Going through puberty. All insecure in some way or other. No excuse for people's extreme horrible behaviour though.
