What about a sub section for a specific age group - ie; Over 25's or something.

Tibbs is a forum that has many younger members who seem to resent anyone over the age of about 20 / 22 or so and quite a few of them (not all, but a few very prolific posters) who make snipes, bitch and generally can be bothersome to those older than they are - for no real reason.

A section of the forum designed for those over a certain age bracket would be a benefit - a place where the 'older members' can post without having to put up with the less mature type of posts.

It may also help bring in more members to tibbs that fall into that age group - rather than as it seems at the moment - and that is: to be targetted specifically to the very younger generations.

More members means more diversity and far more interaction for all.
