I believe that most people are inherently decent if flawed - even ignorant - people. In fact I find it absurd to even imagine that a greater majority of the worlds population are out to fuck with you. I like to think in that sense I'm a very positive person. Wars are going on yeah but in my own life I see constant beauty and fun in people. The big cats are having arms races in their own little worlds and to that extent I keep myself ignorant to those stories so I can remain positive.

The world is generally getting better I think despite everyone wanting to believe the opposite. I know people my age get slack for being noisy and obnoxious but look how open most of us generally tend to be compared to 20, 30 years ago. That's a good sign of things to come. Social and cultural barriers are falling. Obviously we will always see extreme oppositions and alternatives to that more clearly than ever now with the power of the internet.
