I don't know what the rush is; look at the biggest show on TV - The X Factor, that leaves announcements to the very last minute and yet plenty of people still watch.
Most shows start promotion from about 3-4 weeks before hand once the TX date is confirmed. No point promoting something where and when you've no idea where viewers can watch it |
