He did tip in the end

Also I know that with waiters and waitresses they get a lower wage and get taxed for tips but is that the same with delivery men? Because I was thinking how we normally tip the guy who brings the pizzas which is odd really because it's a pretty hard job to be bad at

Never had a pizza delivered almost cold / took way too long / half of its toppings piled up in the corner of the box.

Hmm not really, I've had the wrong pizza before but that's not the delivery guys fault and one time he did take ages but that's because I gave him the wrong address Plus we usually tip him before taking the pizzas out the boxes so we wouldn't know if they were too cold or had the toppings all over the place

I've had the 'taken ages and it's not piping hot' situ - like you, I tip before opening but you can be sure that next time that person delivers - he /she gets nada.
