If I see this, I always ask the staff if they in fact, do get the tip (often as you'll know, they dont). If they don't, I ask for it to be removed from the bill, and give out a personal tip.

Of course I don't tip if it's crap service, at all.

I mean, we're not either, but they get really angry if we don't.
