Se7en, Mystic River, The Usual Suspects, Rear Window and.... would Reservoir Dogs count? If not then Moon is pretty psychological. Not so much a thriller though. Oh The Prestige too.

Just a few really good ones. My favourite genre of film as it really makes you think about the outcome and the three above are good at making you think the obvious but then tricking you at the end.
