I respect Stacey for accepting her ban and not being like some banned members that hounded the forum with multis and such.

The best advice I'd give to anyone who's been permabanned is to keep your head down and accept it since we might change our minds and give you a second chance further on down the line if we think you've learned from your mistakes. People who try to stir trouble afterwards will never get a second chance.
