In my opinion, when you're separated. you're either in the process of getting a divorce or trying to patch things up by getting some space. Legally, whilst separated, you can do as you please. I always find it weird when someone's like well he did this when we were on a break or he did that when we were separated. Yes, depending on the situation a partner can be in the wrong but generally they are free to do as the please, depending on what has been discussed between the partners.

In Aaron's situation, I'm not too sure what to think as his wife has hinted that they could be getting together as well as they could be divorcing. Who knows but they'll have to work it out amongst themselves.
