That's exactly what they are. I saw them on Deena's website (from Jersey Shore). The normally ones tend to be made of swaroawski (I cannot spell it) crystals so they can be mid range to expensive.

Think I saw something similar in the Argos catalogue, seriously.

I love the black and white ones. They're the male equivalent of "Pandora" bracelets that are a craze atm.
