I think Anton actually really gets on with Tom, they have an interesting bromance (one of the few interesting relationships in the house, when Tom was upset over the Maisy-Aaron kiss, Anton did surprise me by showing some compassion to Tom). I think Tom can take the piss out of Anton and get away with it, like when he said to Anton 'You are either are a villain...or a dickhead' and Anton laughed.
Anton also knows that Tom fancies him which helps.
