Because Harry was his best friend left in there. He was pleased that Faye was saved & I did see a clip (possibly on BOTS) of him hugging her & being pleased when she was outside the diary room before she gave her speech that was shown just after Harry was evicted...

Aaron told Faye he loved her the night before Harry was evicted, he thought as we all did that Faye would be going out to face the audience with the love bug, and would talk about this great guy who she is going to be with when they leave. It did not work quite like that though and Harry left. That made the Love declaration redundant and he has not shown any signs of Love ever since.

Aaron seperates personal feelings from the game.

He thinks Alex deserves to reach final night. Nowt wrong in that.

Say your son was in a footy match and you had to pick man of the match, you gave man of the match to someone other than your son, does that mean you don't love your son? No, of course it doesn't.

Why would he pick Alex over Faye! It's widely open to speculation

If Aaron was not a self proclaimed player he'd be entitled to be judged in a straight forward manner such as in your analogy, however he has admitted manipulating votes, and the removal of any benefit of doubt in this situation is a price you pay, (a price his fans choose not to ask him to pay) if you are outed a player. Just as Anton has been.

You believe Aaron separates personal feelings from the game. therefor he gets your benefit of the doubt, i have no idea if he separates these two things.

Faye was up anyway i think ,Aaron did not nominate her,so he didn't add to her being up,Louise voted for Faye after BB nulled her vote for Tom,so really BB would have had the last say anyway.Everyone seemed somewhat confused he could have just as easily got flustered and made a mistake,but would not want to admit it.

Im not really reffering to noms but Aaron did accept responsibility and at least it was honest i think.

But i'm more referring to him telling Faye he thought Alex deserved to be in the final over her.

He dint want Alex to leave because its her birthday soon and Aaron thinks Fay is save, she has survived allot of evictions so he assumed she is save and remember jay has been telling every one that he heard someone shout over the fence "get Alex out" and that he saw a note in the garden that said that.

I think he may know she is safe anyway we all know she is,I just think he is a bit clumsy with his words sometimes I do not think he meant it maliciously at all
