Because Jay's account was used as the main campaign account when he was in the house he already had half the followers he had now before he came out the house

Try again. Twitter keeps track of all tweets. You can scroll back to eviction day 11/11 and see that he had 18,000 followers. The funny thing is they were following him knowing he was not tweeting.

Aaron tried out for BB lik 7 times. Just proves what a talent Jay is. 1 tryout for KP and he is on. 1 tryout for BB he is on.
