What Dermott said, crystal clearly - was that if Kelly did not vote: Janet is out right now - because there was a majority vote at that point. Gary then confirmed that he too would have opted for sending Janet - so the end result would have been the same.

Therefore, if Kelly had saved Janet, Janet would still have received a majority vote to send her packing - from Louis, Tulisa and Gary.

I'm not sure why you cannot see that - and cannot accept that regardless of who Kelly decided to send home - it would have made no difference.

Well, she didn't know which way Gary would have voted until afterwards, at that point if she had saved Janet, there was still a chance of it going to deadlock, by refusing to vote she was, in effect making sure Janet went home.

Also, I disagree the weaker singer left, I by far preferred Janets voice and much preferred her final song to Mishas.
