I was a bit disappointed to see Natalie get the Jedward Mission, after all there are other people in there as well, would it have been just anyone sitting in the garden? or was it destined for Denise (no problem with that) and Natalie... I'm rapidly going off Natlie have to say, can't quite put my finger on it but after a good start it now looks like BB are pushing her on us and she is getting waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much airtime....and put some make up on, she looks bliddy awful without it...

It was clear to me from the launch night that Natalie was this series BB's 'Chosen One'!

Which of course means that she will get all of the favourable attention and edits!

It's wrong...but BB has always singled out their faves!

Yep!...But it happens every series doesn't it Marc. ....and it never coincides with my faves!
Impartiality should certainly be the keystone of the BB production staff, but I suppose they are only human , and are just as likely to push their preferred HM as you or I might be tempted to.

I'm feeling the same way - liked Natalie on launch night but now she is getting on my wick especially after her daft rant about being scared of Andrew - and couldn't agree with the OP more about the makeup - not a good look for her without it I must say.

Me too,I quite liked her,but feel she is quite nasty in the way she goes on about Andrew,Yes he is annoying but so is she,BB do seem to be pushing her to win,but we all know how that can backfire!!

We don't know from the editing unfortunately, it would seem the task began once there was only 2 housemates alone by the cherubs, maybe it was designed to be Natalie and Denise, o,r since they do spend a lot of time together it just happened that they were the 2 housemates alone there at the time.
We will likely never know if they were selected for the task beforehand or if it just was them being in that place at that time but in fact it was a rather weak task to be honest so I don't think it will have much impact.

The cutting of Frankie's hair was the best bit of it, that could have been played out more,especially had they got Denise to do it then also got Natalie to get some hair as well. I think Frankie would have got a little more irritated at that.

I thought she went way too far with Andrew, she was trying her best not to bitch but ultimately it came out as bitching.

That Jedward mission was the worst thing I have ever seen on BB. We watch BB to see how personalities develop, compliment and clash with each other, uninfluenced by the outside world? Yet it seems to me that channel five are trying to influence everything and are just using their show to promote outside acts and agendas that have long since run their course.

I was disappointed she got another task. It was hugely unfair she was given so much airtime on launch night. It's not like someone was chosen at random, BB clearly wanted to highlight her, why I can't imagine. Also, every time they wheel someone out who knows her we have to sit through the same platitudes about how she's the nicest person they know, she's soooooooo down to earth, what you see is what you get etc. etc. et bloody cetera. We get it. You want us to like her... but I just don't.

Yeah I thought that as well, it wasn't just a 5 minute thing in the Diary Room either, it was involving their "special guests" Jedward and was quite a central part in the episode, should have had someone else do it

She was pushed on us on launch night and I said so at the time and that any one of the Celebs could have looked good doing that task. However I now have a different take on all this. She is being pushed on us more and more, but also her faults, her bitchiness are being shown. They all likely have faults and a bitchy side, but BB will concentrate on those they want highlighted. Having the edits and no live feed we just don't know what actually goes on. Doesn't that say that BB have now had their moniesworth out of Natalie in there and by pushing her forward , highlighting her and showing her faults, that they did so so she would be liked at the start and then that would make many go off her more rapidly than usual for a BB housemate. But that she is still carcrash TV for them and will still get a TV series out of C5 no doubt but they want her out the house now to make way for showmances?

They really should have given it to one of the quieter HMs who haven't had much airtime yet, maybe Georgia, Romeo or Gareth? It's really unfair her getting 2 secret tasks in, what? 4 days?
