Complete and utter tosh, absolute rubbish.
I am one of many posters on here who were delighted to have American Michael in the house, I'm also one who would be equally delighted if he won - I suspect he won't but I'd far rather he won than any of the Brits in the house.
Please don't generalise with comments such as,
'we Brits have lost a legendary sense of humour' - because you are not speaking for this particular Brit.
I have one of the driest, most sarcastic sense of humour around, if anything: it's the Americans who often don't have that - thankfully Michael does. It's one of the reasons I like the man.
