I call it the crust. Never heard of the others

Why would you call a crust a heel?

Would make me think of cheesy feet when I'm buttering my bread

I have heard "crust" but I've never, ever heard "end slice". But then I'm talking Bethnal Green/Bow east London where my Dad's family originate from and not Romford, Essex. Unless your family originally comes from the East End?
