Denise is a five minute media wonder because of BB....she's not the 'celeb' she seems to think she is

That is not true. Whether you like Denise or not she was more known for Coronation Street and Waterloo Road before CBB.

Tim and her obviously had an open marriage and they never last!

Well that "open marriage" lasted more than 20 years?

And Denise is the sole problem so she will never be able to move on until she chills out with the drinking, stops sleeping around with younger men and learns to accept the ageing process.

The woman is a ticking time bomb, it wont be long til she's back in rehab.

I agree that she is a ticking time bomb and Tim also cheated on her during their marriage.

This 100%.

also shows how much a liar she was on CBB harping on about how wonderfully happy her family life was etc: that she was a happily married woman.

Most people on here could see right through her on CBB....maybe those who doubted us, might want to sit back and think who had the correct opinion. She manipulated the housemates with her lies, she manipulated the viewers, and her those who 'supported her' for being 'real'.

she wouldn't know what reality was if it slapped her own the face.

Maybe she didn't fancy mentioning that her marriage had broken apart, because she didnt want 3 million people knowing about something which she herself cannot deal with?

That being that she's a drunken trollop with a history of infidelity within her marriage? One person to blame for that - herself. She put herself in the public eye: her job in Loose Women involves giving views and opinions on all manner of things and people: that's the life and career she chose - if she's happy to make money from doing what others are doing to her now but she doesn'tlike it when the shoe is on the other foot - that's tough luck.

Yeah, exactly, iirc, her being "real" was peoples main reason for liking her. Yes, very real

Would you have showed up if your mum kept getting drunk and wapping out her boobs on national TV at every given opportunity!

I'm not a Denise fan, but it seems as if it's ok for an older man to sleep with a younger woman, but not the other way round?
I dont believe he said that at all? It would be just as distastful and pathetic if a bloke was doing it. Case in point - Peter Stringfellow...

1) Theres not mentioning something, then there is outright lieing about it. She could have easily steered conversations away from the subject, but she sought to bring up her happy marriage at every opportunity. She knew perfectly well the public would hate her if they found out.

2) If what you say is true, pray tell why she has now decided to tell her story in lurid detail to the national press?

The woman is a joke and people who voted for her are even worse imo. If be utterly ashamed if Id been taken in by that old drunken hag.

To answer number 2, maybe it was to stop the bullsh*t claims that she was having an affair?

How do you know they weren't there? Just because they weren't in the interview audience, doesn't mean they weren't there.

Because she might have got over it and would like to make something good (money) from a bad situation?

And that's just a bit offensive to people who voted for Denise. Offensive and very bitter sounding.

Pretty stupid...perhaps she was covering up this secret all along, and maybe that is why she so frequently got upset? The stress and emotions linked to it may well have played a part, I'm betting they did. Was it essential that she broadcasted the status of her marriage to the rest of the house, or indeed the nation? Clearly she was trying to cover up her sadness by supposedly 'harping' on about how 'wonderful' her family life was...I'd have thought that was pretty much common sense. Maybe she didn't want to admit to everyone what had happened, and preferred to gloss over it instead? I imagine it's quite a sensitive subject and maybe sharing it with strangers wasn't something she wanted to do. Everyone deals with emotions differently, I'd have thought, given your age...you might have learnt that.

Who the bloody hell do you think you are addressing Jack? My age has got sweet piss all to do with anything - keep your personal sarcastic remarks to yourself and learn to post on the subject matter without being facetious to fms personally.

At HER age, if she was going through so much 'emotional turmoil' (thus Michael Madsen was 100% correct in his comment that she was emotionally distrubed: the man has been vindicated) - she put herself up for being on a show that she was not emotionally able to cope with. You expect me to feel sorry for that - or feel compassion? Not a chance in hell mate.

What she is most well known for is opinion....her Coronation Street role was a long time ago now.....I haven't ever watched Waterloo Road and I don't recall her being the 'lead' in anything, but I may be wrong..so I know her for mainly Loose Woman, where she is not the 'star' but equal to all the other female presenters......however, the controversy she created on CBB, will imo be what she is remembered for as her 'highlight'.....five minute wonder

Her French Teacher character Steph Haydock in Waterloo Road was quite funny.
