That is not true. Whether you like Denise or not she was more known for Coronation Street and Waterloo Road before CBB.

Well that "open marriage" lasted more than 20 years?

And Denise is the sole problem so she will never be able to move on until she chills out with the drinking, stops sleeping around with younger men and learns to accept the ageing process.

The stress and emotions linked to it may well have played a part, I'm betting they did. What she is most well known for is opinion....her Coronation Street role was a long time ago now.....I haven't ever watched Waterloo Road and I don't recall her being the 'lead' in anything, but I may be wrong..so I know her for mainly Loose Woman, where she is not the 'star' but equal to all the other female presenters......however, the controversy she created on CBB, will imo be what she is remembered for as her 'highlight'.....five minute wonder
